MY OPINION
The cover caught my attention (I like birds), I decided to after reading a review in a blog. I liked the synopsis and the type of book that was epic fantasy stories I've always liked. So I bought a book to Unai.
The story begins when Irving and his father (a humble background and inhabitants of the island of Karna ) begin a journey that takes them to the island kingdom of Háredil . They plan to kidnap Princess Arielle and take to the goddess Artemis , which has offered a reward for Arielle take to it, according Artemis Princess has a great power that is not aware yet. Intend to return to the princess before they notice their absence, but things do not go as planned and Irving left alone to convince the princess that she should go to ... Arielle
believed to Irving and decides to go with it. Together the two begin an adventure through different islands Hévelis during their journey they find out that the king of Háredil (the father of Arielle ) has declared war on the king of Hiridiel because blamed for the disappearance of the princess ... Arielle and Irving war while trying to avoid that are caught in another war more powerful, the supreme beings (Hévelis creators), the gods, the dead ... All planning something.
For this adventure Irving Arielle and counted with other characters that will be finding the course of history and the fight in the final battle. Irina is an Amazon Phitya Island resident, is strong, determined and not afraid of anything ... I think it has become one of my favorite characters from the book by that spirit which is so tenacious. Elio is a ghost that through an oversight on his visit to the goddess Artemis ends up traveling with them is a fun character that gives them clues to try to prevent the destruction of Hévelis.
Throughout the story with more characters will be finding more or less important but they are all great epic fantasy novel, I liked the story, is a very cortito book and maybe that's why there are so many and so many action adventures between the pages. I think I finally passed all too quickly but the latest book are so beautiful and sad at the same time, have as much sense (if any crybaby may escape you) you do not give much importance to the speed with which events happen and battles.
I left wanting a sequel ... I hope Unai be encouraged to plunge back into Hévelis.
