PEDAGOGY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION
WITHOUT LOSING THE NORTH IN EDUCATION

We witness to some confusion in the world of education. Surely it is not making new laws or changes improvised or accuse each other to determine who is at fault, rather it is starting to build on the knowledge and in particular the scientific-pedagogical and says Imbernón understand this knowledge as used by teaching professionals, to be constantly building and rebuilding over the life experiential professional development in their relationship with the theory and practice against common knowledge that exists in the social structure.
We are in a changing society. A change also required the school world, but it is not used to making big changes. In fact we can see that the school is costing organizations more changes, perhaps because its structure is weaker in comparison with other organizations. We look at how society progresses and destroys everything that refers to the discipline and effort, there is more to do a couple of hours of television to see how many outsiders are against what it claims to education. One of the most pressing problems is the amount of content and irrationality methodology that adapts to changing times. It is not know more but know better, to contextualize learning to which the Education and educators have much to say because in any case his language is a fatuous language or meaningless. Defining Education as a language is indeed a wise move, since science already is and no opinion will undermine the structures of science that provide the benefits and features of pedagogy. Being a language is no criticism, the problem is becoming a "chatterbox."
From Pedagogy and through initial and ongoing training is necessary to start a professional point of education by providing the professional skills required for current and future education. No need for professionals with a technical background only, or overwhelmed by the educational demands of society, or in some cases of adolescents. No need for professional "police" more concerned with maintaining order in class than enjoying teaching and learning.
competent professionals are needed and pass these skills primarily through reflection on own practice, context and decision making, which will revert to good programming, good methodologies and good academic results.
