Draft Law on Mediation and Arbitration Law Reform

On February 19, 2010, the English government approved the draft law on mediation and reform
arbitration law

According to the ministry of justice itself:
Main features of the Mediation Act

- No one shall be compelled to conclude an agreement or to remain in the mediation procedure

- The request to initiate mediation or expiration interrupted prescription prosecution.

- It sets a deadline for the mediation of two months extendable to another.

Statute
